In this policy, “we,” “us” and “our” refer to FREEMAN HOLDINGS LLC as the website operator.
What we collect
- Details you enter in a care request: name, phone, optional email, ZIP code, and your answers about your pet, the service needed and timing.
- Details you enter in a provider application: business name, contact name, email, optional phone, state, city, services and any notes you provide.
- Attribution data: the page you landed on, the page you submitted from, and UTM parameters if present.
- Standard technical data your browser sends when loading pages.
How we use it
- To record your care request and support referrals to independent local providers where a suitable provider is available.
- To follow up on your request and resolve problems.
- To measure which markets have demand we do not yet cover.
- To review provider applications and contact applicants about their inquiry.
Who we share it with
Care requests and provider applications are stored using the website's hosted data service. For a care referral, the contact and care details you submit may be shared with matched independent providers so they can contact you, consistent with the consent shown on the request form. Submitting a request does not guarantee that a provider is available or that a referral has been delivered. Those providers are separate businesses and handle your information under their own policies. We do not sell your information for unrelated advertising.
Retention and deletion
Submitted care requests and provider applications are stored by the website. The request forms do not automatically delete those records when you close the page. To request deletion of your submitted data, use the existing pet-owner contact channel shown on our Contact page or email care@petaftercarefinder.com from the address you used, or include the phone number you submitted so the operator can identify your request.
Browser storage
We store your landing page and any UTM parameters in your browser's session storage so a request submitted later in your visit carries the right attribution. That data is cleared when you close the tab.
Children
This site is intended for adults arranging pet aftercare and is not directed at children.
