Privacy policy

What we collect

• Details you enter in a care request: name, phone, optional email, ZIP code, and your answers about your pet, the service needed and timing.
• Attribution data: the page you landed on, the page you submitted from, and UTM parameters if present.
• Standard technical data your browser sends when loading pages.

How we use it

• To pass your request to independent local providers who can fulfil it.
• To follow up on your request and resolve problems.
• To measure which markets have demand we do not yet cover.

Who we share it with

Your request is shared with the independent provider or providers matched to it, so they can contact you. Those providers are separate businesses and handle your information under their own policies. We do not sell your information for unrelated advertising.

Retention and deletion

Requests are retained so we can support you and understand coverage gaps. To have your request data deleted, email care@petaftercarefinder.com from the address you used, or include the phone number you submitted.

Browser storage

We store your landing page and any UTM parameters in your browser's session storage so a request submitted later in your visit carries the right attribution. That data is cleared when you close the tab.

Children

This site is intended for adults arranging pet aftercare and is not directed at children.
